Terms of sale and use

These terms are an agreement between you and Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye (“Atesen Software”, “we”) for ThreadClean for Gmail (the “extension”) and its lifetime license.

1. The extension

The extension turns the Gmail conversation open in your browser into one PDF file, leaving out quoted earlier messages and repeated signatures. It changes nothing in your mailbox. Without a license it makes 3 exports with every feature; a license removes the limit.

2. Buying a license

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.

The lifetime license costs $29 once, plus any sales tax or VAT Paddle charges. It is not a subscription and never renews. It covers every update of ThreadClean version 1.

3. The license key

Each purchase comes with one license key for one person, to use in the browsers they work in. Do not publish, sell or share the key. A full refund or a chargeback ends the license. We may revoke a key that is published or shared publicly.

4. Your use

You are responsible for the emails you export and for keeping the PDF files safe. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC; we are not affiliated with Google.

5. Warranty and liability

The extension is provided without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Quote detection is automatic and can be wrong; check the preview, which shows what is removed, before you rely on a PDF. Google may change Gmail in ways that stop a feature from working; we will try to adapt the extension but cannot promise to. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
